Any conversation that you may have will (hopefully) start with a greeting! Why? Because it’s nice and polite and a great way to make new connections.
As an English speaker, we have ‘hello’ – but this is rarely used, it is normally shortened to ‘hi’ or ‘hey’, and the Spanish do the same.
