For physical Items:

there is a 28 day return policy. Item should be returned in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition.

Downloadable Items:

There is no refunds or exchanges for downloadable items, sorry for inconvenience.

Depending on the size and weight of the items, they may be sent over 1 or more packages. Each package will have it’s own tracking number.
